Shipping Policy for The Crowned Legacy

Thank you for shopping with The Crowned Legacy. All of our products are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means each item is custom produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Please review the shipping details below.


1. Order Processing & Production Time

All orders require production before shipping.

  • Production time: 2–7 business days

  • This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Orders are not produced on weekends or holidays.

Once production is complete, your order is shipped.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

After production, shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Quantity

  • Shipping destination

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


5. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.


6. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

The Crowned Legacy is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses

  • Packages returned as undeliverable

If a package is returned, reshipping fees may apply.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos (if damaged)

We will work with Printify and the carrier to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.
